How do I start a membership?

• Select the plan you'd like to enroll in, and reach out!  We will be happy to assist you in starting your little one's membership in person, over the phone at 321-622-6546, or by email.  If you have a current active membership, let us know which plan you'd like for your child moving forward, and we'll get you switched over ASAP!   

What if I have more than one child?

• We'd love to have all of your children 7 yrs and younger as MKV members!  Once you begin your first child's membership, let us know that you'd like to add an extra sibling plan (which has a 10% discounted rate), then we'll either send you a special link, or start their membership for you, if you prefer assistance.  We recommend beginning all of your memberships on the same day, so they all have the same bill date, but this is not required.

Will my membership auto renew?

• Yes! Your membership will renew on the same date of the month, either every month, every 3 months, or every 12 months.  You can see when your next bill date will be by opening your emailed confirmation, (so keep those emails). We are also able to inform you of your next billing cycle. Just ask!

What if I need to cancel?

• Keep those emails! You will find a "manage" link in your emailed invoice receipts.  Click the link from any email pertaining to each membership that you need to cancel, and the click the "cancel" button.  If you can't find any emails about your memberships, be sure to check your spam folder, then write us at info@melbournekidsvillage.com, and we'll gladly assist you.  We don't recommend unlinking your card on file in lieu of properly canceling your membership, because the automatic payment system will NOT stop sending you invoice reminders.  If you have any trouble with the process, kindly give us a call, send an email, or chat with Miss Jess in person, so we can assist you.

Are there any fees for restarting my membership after I cancel?

• Absolutely not!  We'll be thrilled to welcome you back with NO ADDED FEES!
