Private Parties (Birthdays, Graduations, Holidays & more)

We have over sixty-five themes available and our library is always expanding! Give us a call, or stop by to chat about your desired theme, and view additional photos. 

Parties may be canceled for a full refund, or credit to your account up to 14 days prior to the scheduled party date.  Something come up last minute?  We are always happy to assist you with rescheduling your soiree!  If you haven't been to Melbourne Kids Village before, we'd love to meet you, and give you a quick tour before booking.

Bonuses are exciting additions we offer to take more of the party planning load off of you!  Let us prepare and provide goody bags, beverages, themed decorations, structured activities, or even use our professional face painter's services!  Bonuses may be added during checkout, or anytime up to two weeks prior to your party.  We'll be reaching out to you by phone prior to then, as well as the week before your party to discuss details (if we don't hear from you first). *Extra child bonus will never be charged ahead of time.  Staff will count your guests as they arrive, and let you know if the extra child bonus applies.

Yes, you absolutely can! The balloon arch is yours to keep.

That'd be us!  Our dedicated party hosts will be happy to assist you with set-up, check in your guests, help coordinate the flow of the party, and will package up the leftovers you'd like to take home, then dispose of all trash for you during the final 30 minutes of your party.

1. Please let your guest know that all party goers (adults and children) will be removing their shoes, and wearing socks while in the play village area.  They may wear their own clean socks, or purchase non-slip socks from us for $2 a pair. (Need a medical exception? Let us know!)

2. All guests will need to have a waiver on file, which they can find on our website, or fill out in person when they check-in at the party.  Guests who have been to MKV before should already have a waiver on file!

3. Remind all guests that Melbourne Kids Village is an indoor FAMILY play center, not a childcare facility, so we will need at least one adult guardian per family to remain in the building at all times during the celebration.
